Customer Satisfaction
At Collegiate Awards, quality is our hallmark and we stand by our products. With the exception of personalized or engraved products, if you are not satisfied with your order, return your items in resalable condition within 15 days of receipt for a full product refund or replacement of merchandise equal to or below the amount of the original transaction. For personalized or engraved products, if the product differs materially from the proof (if a proof is requested), differs materially from what you ordered, or arrives damaged, return the products within 15 days and we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Returns
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order (include our MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM with your return). We will be glad to work with you to earn your satisfaction. At times, we may request e-mailed pictures of the product in “as received” condition. Please take care in packaging for return shipments as Collegiate Awards cannot be responsible for product or shipment costs related to damage or lost shipments being returned to us.
NOTE: We do NOT refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping, unless the order is flawed.
Cancellations
If we have not begun working on your order, we will happily cancel your order with a complete refund. If you desire to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP after placing the order as we sometimes begin production quickly.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided with or without notice. We make every effort to ensure our pricing listed in our online catalog is accurate and a pricing change after an order is placed would only occur in the case where an error is discovered on a product. You will be notified of the pricing change and have the opportunity to cancel your order should this occur.
