Shipping Info
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order as well as the distance from us (Springfield, MO) to your order’s destination. We will, at times, utilize other shipping companies if we find that the cost is lower but all calculated rates are done through UPS. We ship to APO addresses via USPS. When ordering for military bases, please select "Contact Me With Freight Quote" as the shipping method and we will contact you with a shipping rate quote. During holiday periods, ground shipments may take longer.
If your shipping address is located in the state of Missouri, we will ship Ground regardless of the UPS service selected. UPS Ground from our location to anywhere in Missouri delivers in 1 business day. Selecting a more expensive UPS service, such as Next Day Air, will only increase your shipping charge, it will not make your package deliver quicker!
NOTE: In order for you to receive your package in a timely manner, do not include P.O. Boxes in your address. If you must use a P.O. BOX, please allow extra time for transit.
